Hello,

I've been an adult webmaster for the last 2 years and from time to time, while reading the forums, I realized that some people have some difficulties starting their tgps.

Therefore, I was thinking to offer my services and help them start successfully. This is what I would do for them:

1)Get a domain name (if they don't already have one);

2)I would setup the tgp and trading scripts (paid or free, depending on budget);

3)Register them to some of the most popular auto-submitters to get some galleries.

4)Design the TGP main page;

5)Setup some trades;

6)Make sure there's at least around 1-2k traffic flowing without feeding it.

7)Hand over the tgp to them and give them some tips on how to keep their tgp growing.

Basically, I won't promise them a 100k TGP, but simply help them get a good start.

Now, do you think people would be interested by this service? And if so, how much would be a fair price to charge?

Yes why not.

And i think you have t0 get paid by the results (in traffic, unique visitors).

Is it a good idea? Yes.

Is it a practical idea? No.

You will not get that many customers, if any at all :)

That's exactly my main concern, I wonder if there would be enough people interested in using such a service. That's why I thought I should ask first, before I jump in with too much expectations.

As I suspected there's a demand for such a service. Not big, but there is.
Some people were asking about prices. So, what could be a fair price for such a service?

Sure would use such a service.. always good to get someone to do the boring work ;)

someone started a service like that a while ago but for some reason they stopped doing it.. there was a good demand for their services..

Sure.
Alot of host already offer services simular to that.
I don't think its a huge market, but there will be some people out there that would use it.

From the feedback I received, that's about the price people would be willing to pay for such a service.

After speaking with some people I think I'll start doing this and see where it leads.

Just a question: will you make only TGPs, or are you planning to make Free and AVS sites?
I'm sure that a lot of people will be interested to have AVS sites all done, with design, member area...

It is a bad idea.
First of all you won't get much custemers and second of all you won't be able to charge that much for this service, but good luck with your project

I'll design tgps, but I can also design galleries, maintain sites, review galleries, crop/optimize images, gallery data entry, and so on...I can do about anything except programming. I leave that to other people more knowlegeable than me on that subject.

As you can see, I won't put all my financial expectations on designing only tgps.

So, if some of you need to get a job done and need some help, then just icq me.
