Okay so what's the secret?

I have a TGP trading 25% of the clicks to links. It has a unique productivity of 210%.

I have nearly 30 trades doing 20-200 clicks a day, but they don't seem to be able to manage more. If I force them clicks, they just end up unpaid.

So I have tried signing up with some big TGPs and - surprise, surprise - the productivity sucks: for example, Call-Kelly is currently at 29%...

On the offchance that this isn't one of those closely guarded secrets, anyone willing to let me in on how you get decent size trades without letting productivity go down the toilet?

Try asking people you find listed in high in search engines for popular keywords, people who seem to be doing it as a hobby not proffessionaly they should have
a) Lots of traffic
b)not realize the value of this traffic

Small trades for big tgps just slow down the site ... And prod is better when you send more visitors (15-20k + trades) ...

Trade with sites of your size first .

Nope... was talking to one of the big TGP operators today... the same sites that churn out crap productivity to small traders like me, do exactly the same to them. And by exactly what logic would the ratio change anyway: they have either "cleaned" their traffic or they haven't... scripts like UCJ don't distinguish between one destination and another in terms of "this surfer is going to click, so I'll send him to this site instead of that one".

You are also making assumptions without information. I'm currently "wasting" around 8K hits a day, otherwise I wouldn't have asked the question. That may not be in your 15k-20k league, but it isn't peanuts either.
