Make the design good. maybe some graphics. logos.
make the surfer want to click around. grab his attention. make it different than the others. this might make your trades productive which helps to grow. maybe buy some traffic as mentioned .
i wouldnt buy traffic untill its already productive unless you just want to jump start it. wouldnt want to fill a gass tank with a hole in it would you ? hehe. make gallleries with links to your galleries. or just a recip going to your tgp . this could help in link popularity . not sure. and send fresh traffic to your site. I got some engine traffic from galleries aftear a couple months of submitting.
