gallery conversion ratio survey

Hi, my question isn't about sponsor conversion ratios but what is the ratio of actual gallery hits to actual sponsor click thrus that regular TGP posters experience? For example, if you average 100,000 hits to your galleries a day how many click thrus to your sponsors do you receive?<br /><br />I'm really looking for a rule of thumb that would say, "if you're below this ratio then dude your gallery design sucks or you need a new sponsor."

1 in 50,000 page views is ok<br /><br />1 in 25k is pretty damn good. when u can avg this over the month u should be doing pretty good.

Are you talking 1 in 50,000 page views per actual sign up or just a click thru to the sponsor?

1 click in 25 page views is very good, 1:50 is average and 1:80 means that you don't do it right.<br />regarding SUs... well, that depends on the mach3 on the side of your sponsor <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

HELP!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" /> <br />ASX, do you think to get 1 click from 25 thousands views would be OK??? <br />I'll tell it other way: If 2% of hits to galleries go to sponsor, it is very good, if it is 0,1% it is very bad.<br />As for SUs, agree totally with pr0view <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> <br /><br />Moreover, some sponsors count first page impression as a hit, others 2nd page clickthrough, so you cannot simply compare them that way.<br />XM
