how do i create a partion i dont know anything about fdisk etc.. is their a free windows program i can d/l to do this

there's partition magic. not free but it works pretty good.

1. Extract hard drive from computer<br />2. Produce axe from tool shed<br />3. Expose hard drive<br />4. Use axe<br />5. Result: partitioned hard drive<br /><br />Either that or use the self-explanatory features of fdisk, it's really simple...

i tried it but i get an error when it reboots in dos and says file sizes do not match or something...

I suggest using Norton! For someone who doesn't know what they are doing, it is the best to use IMHO.
