This is the best in its kind script for managing traffic. You can manage traffic by time, by language
using url databases.
You can set permanent links to url or language=url. It has user-friendly administrative interface, where
you can add or edit or delete url bases, view or reset logs (it can be turned off). ALSO It has statistics
for last 10 min, last hour, last 24 hours.
