Well it might seem like fun and games to make your own content, but there are a lot of headaches involved that are neccessary if you don't want to end up in jail over it. One of the biggest being complying with Title18 and being fully aware of and responsible for your custodial duties. :) Oh, and crack whores are a bad idea.. if they're drunk or stoned when they sign a release, it is called "duress" and it completely invalidates the release, meaning she can sue your fucking pants off if she so chooses :)

Buying content will mean you pay less. But shooting your own will mean that it will be fresh. You have to decide what is more important to you.

hey slothdog. id try shooting your own content. why not it could be fun and you also have exclusive content no one else has.
You should find all the legal documents you need that they sign or have a lawyer make you one. Im not sure if you could get cheap girls though. hehe. strippers will want alot since there use to making decent money and probably wont do hardcore stuff. sounds bad but girls that are 18 would probably be the best for getting a good price on paying the girls. Camera prices have dropped alot but im guessing youll need at least 300 buck camera. also you probably will need a few models to start which could ad up if there not cheap . Most people will say its not as easy as you think. which could be true but most people are always negative and say you can do this or you can do that. you wont make it. not my attitude on this. see ya.

the other disadvantage is that you really dont want those kind of girls hanging out at your studio or home (depending on were you shoot). Most are looking for their next fix and stealing isn't usually above them. But that's my 2cents...you can also buy semi exclusive content from some providers so that you can still have fresh content that few other people have.

I actually do both 70% purchase 30% I shoot.

Buying is cheaper and you have less headaches.

I remember this one chick I wanted to shoot when it came down to the price she said she wanted to get paid on the "Back End" meaning some kind of % of what site generates per month :eek: .

A lot of models have NO idea what it take to make a buck from the content you shoot of them.

BTW; IMHO I would try both... Semi exclusive and trying to do it myself. If you do decide to try to do it on your own, make sure you get yourself a good camera...

Trial and error is the only way that you can be sure of what's good for you...

whats the best way to get quality models and not have to pay them a fortune ? add in the paper and put something like 'no strippers' ? website ads ? online classifieds ? what about buying content from an individual as opposed to a company is there a diffrence ?

I think its definitely better to try and shoot your own content over buying..that way you're sure no one has seen it yet.....just make sure its something that your surfers will like and wantto stay around for or else its a waste......also make damn sure you cover your ass....make them sign those contracts

We started out (a while ago now) buying our content, but because we do the plump/BBW thing I was never satisfied with what I could find to buy. That is why we started shooting our own content. Now we shoot so much we are branching out into selling content.

It is fun, but is also fraught with problems (paperwork, finding models, equipment) If you are willing to commit time and money it is worth it. Unless you are using a disposable camera and just shooting upskirts at the mall, then you can just click till you get caught. :bounce:
