ProHosters (http://www.4ph.com) run my site ( http://www.sexmoviesnet.com ) at semi-dedicated machine. Very high quality host. Fast connection and good hardware. Online IRC support. Maybe not as cheap as some other companies, but they are definitely providing top quality services.
