If I were a betting person, I'd bet one of those e-mails whose attachment you opened was a virus, and your system is now busy sending the same virus to everybody in your address book... The bounces are from those...
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

yea sounds like what it is.. I am calling tech support and hoping I can stop this.
But one thing that is weird is that it sending to e-mail adresses that I have never seen.
p.s. THIS FUCKIN SUCKS!

Yeah my girlfriend had the same thing, she was infected by a virus that spreads itself trough Outlook Express. It was automatically send to me but i think my isp bounced it since she got weird mails back while she didnt send anything. Damn everywhere i look servers or personal computers are attacked.

There are many fixes for this thing its all in the win.ini and startup group folder just look for the run or load strings in the ini and look in startup for some wierd file name to disable.
A good antivirus will clean it up properly for you.

They are so annoying, I downloaded my email this morning, had about 32 sent to me overnight, all from different email addresses - spam is getting a real problem lately - isn't there anyway to just blacklist stuff on your mail server without having to download it?

This won't stop until the person behind it gets bored with pissing people off, or is caught. I hope it's the latter, and I hope they get a very, very long prison sentence.

i got that email with both .bat and .lnk extensions on the attachments. all of them held the w32.Sircam@mm virus hidden inside.
just delete all attachments and ya can't go wrong ;-)
