HELP WITH RB2 RATIO LINK

I use RB2. What coding do I use if I want to say, have ratio'd galleries. Exe: I want to send 60% clicks to this gallery, and the other 40% to either a perm trade or trade through the database. I was told by run that I could do this:

cout.cgi?gll=30|http://www.gallery.com**url=http://www.trade.com

But 1. Thats not working.
And 2. That only works for perm links.

Anybody know what I should use?
