Does anybody host his site on one of them?? Cause I´d like to rent myself one of these next month, and I´d like to do a traceroute on a URL which is hosted on one of rackshacks cogent Servers.

Pure Cogent = Not good this month.

They lost their AOL peering temporarily, seems to suck lately.
