hell this is annoying my browser default homepage has been changed and i cant undo the settings like the option buttons are faded out .....??? never seen this b4

Try updating to IE 6 or go get Opera (http://www.opera.com)

If your internet tools is disabled then you will need to do this. Go to start menu, then select "run" then type in "regedit" you will need to get to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Restrictions registry key. ...delete the "NoBrowserOptions" value.this will take away the restrictions on your computer. Be SURE you only delete this and nothing else
