Email promotion

I'm looking 4 reliable sponsors, adult as well as non-adult, that allow email promotion. per click, per sign up, recurring,... that doesn't really matter to me. As long as they allow traffic that doesn't come from an actual webpage.
Most sponsors look at email as a spam source (along w/ ICQ, BBS, newsgroups,...)

I would use them in ad-emails as well as signatures. All emailed persons gave me full agreement to mail them.

I think most sponsor will let you advertise them in an op-in email list, but you have to contact them first to inform them and get formal approval.
