I've arrived to the point where I barely can't see anymore improvements myself so I need your comments.
I know there's some linking to do (the tradescript doesn't work without any trades in the database) and a few images have to get more compressed, but what else?

What's your first impression...(?)

my first impression was: "wow, busy" (as in, crowded)
second impression was: "wow, graphical (as in, slow for 56k)

Some suggestions
- Get more traffic "Currently we have 1 user(s) surfing this site". I felt really lonely out there :(
- those 4 thumbs upper-left aren't working. They link to your site.
hmm.. same goes for all the other links, I guess it's waiting to go live.
- make it more obvious how and where webmasters can submit their galleries
- your archive / whatever it is at the bottom could use some attention. Those links use normal fonts, the lists aren't of the same length, etc.

Besides those minors, your thumb-listings look great :)

I agree with ahieb, I tested it with my 56k your over a minute and alot of the images were broken, dial up breaks them alot if they take to long to load,

that background blue sux bad... change it to the blue you are using in your tables... or that same hue but darker.

Personally I like it a lot

Most of the comments I had in mind were already made. Only thing I'd do is have a bigger archive, perhaps a link to an archive page or something... Some surfers just can't get enough or want to look up an older gallery they've visited before...

too big of a file size. You need to realize one very important thing. If you are a TGP with mostly pics. Most people that come to your site have dial up connections. View your page with a dial up to see what they are getting.

Look at thehun or worldsex. Notice that they have very small file sizes and they serve banners off of different servers. This allows the links to get laid down immediately and then the banners follow.

This is one big mistake that I made early that seriously slowed the growth of my tgp.
