I went to a site and it popped up some question about 'trusting' a download from them. I did it and ever since then when ever I goto a mis-configured domain or something, for example: http://blah.pornoclause.com/ it'll take me to http://www.lop.com/dnserror.cgi?s=http://blah.pornoclause.com/

Anyone know how to stop this? I also get an annoying pop up box on my desktop to search their crap too.

hmmm try checking a file called *hosts in your windows directory this might be redirecting it to the wrong place.

Check your registry for things which are started with your computer, especially hta files.

Check your startup folder.

Try an anti-virus program.

Reformat.

laters,
Chris

LOL. I thought it was to download the file I wanted. I didn't realize it was one of those gay boxes until the download window came up after wards.

Thanks Chris.

Well, I'm confused. I deleted every entry in my registry that had lop.com in it, and it still redirects me there.

Thanks Mez, who ever you were. I could of sworn I had you on my ICQ buddy list, but I guess I didn't. Hit me up when you see this.
