Your Opinion about IBill ("update")

I know a lot of webmasters bitched about IBill and also CCBill and I have to say that my income from these processors dropped about 50% 3 months ago so I changed my main sponsors.

Can I have some opinions, especially regarding IBill from those of you who still use them please?
Are those server errors/downtimes fixed?

hey, i have an account with ibill that i had a few questions i hoped somebody could answer

when i log in now, it just says "CHANGE PASSWORD" really big above a blank stats table. The thing is, there's no fucking link to change my password anywhere. wtf?

also, when you hit the ibill revshare statistics, what is the timeframe for the clicks it displays? for instance, these stats:

RevShare hit statistics for donger

Total Hits: 537 as of Mon Nov 26 14:43:35 2001

Check the CMI for your current revenue statistics

is that since i signed up, today, this week, this pay period?

ibill has been down three times that i can recall this year and unable to process for over a day each time.

just because they're working now doesn't mean they will continue to work. it doesn't mean they won't, either, but having fixed the problem - again - doesn't mean much without a few months to show it works.

but their trackrecord isn't too impressive for 2001.

I have tried to signup 2 paysites for ibill accounts last 2 weeks.

and they are both not yet installed

the 1st on went halfway and then "nothing"

the second one returned with a question wich i answered and then nothing. now 5 days later... still no sites up.

too bad. they used to be so good. but seems they got problems or are way 2 busy

We switched all sponsors from iBill to ccBill. iBill are down very often and it's look like they are not doing anything to get back to normal.

I'm now using cc bill and psw billign ... ibill sucks nowdays . They are probably not reading this board anyway . CC bill offer way more support . I don't like both of their member aera tough ... but seriouly ibill don'T recurr ! I dunno but they are slowly loosing all the trust I had in them .

so i mail them back..
well. sorry but it IS. i got many cgi scripts on that server as well as perl, c and so on, please tell me whats wrong exactly.

so i get an email back from them. saying>
http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/blabla.cgi is not working 500 error.

so i have one of my techs check that, and they have a mestake in their script ;-) ROTFLMAO

"premature end of script headers" (or something similar, dont know anymore).
