I'm looking for a pay or free toplist's script that dispaly sites in order of their traffic (of course they will have to put some code on theri page to count this traffic).

do you know any?

Yes, we're working over smartTop right now. if i'll be a tester - u'll get discount for it and for sure - we can do it anyway u want it to be.
