He diddnt pay 35c anyway, if you look at some fine print at VIP, there is about 10 countries, that pays nothing for. The average was 30c Minute.

from what i have been hearing and what i tend to believe, that this is all the work of fucking tyler. Snow had nothing to do with innocent webmasters money being stolen. Snow was not in charge of payouts, Tyler was, Snow does not have our money now, Tyler does. Think about it, snow worked his ass off getting webmasters. You think he would sacrifice his kids and his family and his house and his Lincoln Navigator for a life of hiding from GIB and their lawyers. hell no. Lets give them some time. I've been hearing stuff about gib talking to tyler and it seems hes coming out of his hole. It would be a great thing for tyler to come out tell us the truth.

Lets get something straight here.

Gib and snow got together and decide to Stop Paying Me, why ? Because they felt that webmasters are not getting paid.

Well since Gib is 3 years behind everyone else, I had to make a primitive program to go in a pull down all the data and get the stats. Snow then has to make sure I match up the dialer with the webmaster. And this didnt always happen. In the end I was nothing but Gibs Accounting Department.

The Day Gib decided that they wanted to stop pay I shut down the accounts. I made sure that all wire and fedex accounts went out. Those people got paid.

Now Gib has shut down my login to there stats so I cant even go back and get the data to take care of the last webmasters who didnt get paid.

Sad that Snow has to run to this board everytime we talk. I tell him things and he runs to the board to tell all.

Thank god I didnt give snow any other websites that I run. He would then drag them into this..

Funny, I used to get this song and dance from Gib about how telco would be shut down in 6 months. Shit,, they kicked our ass.
Why ? Because they are up to the times.

Vipdialer was going down hill for a while cause gib would not change anything. I asked for better rates,, ya we got them in July. 45 Cents for US was our biggest. WOW !!
I asked to change the dialer. Not.
The plugin, hmmm, when did that work ?
Every month the average for the dialer was only 38 cents. This is the total group,
Snow wanted 5 cents and then 3 on top of another reseller who got 4 cents(7 cents). So if I pay webmasters 35 cents and there is only 38 cents, you do the math.. Snow got over paid for months. I told him that I need to wait one month and not pay him for that month, he flippped. Why ? Because I over paid him up to that point.. This is all I had to work with. And with the dialers at 8 minute hold times, it sucked.

Starting in about june the minutes dropped off only 8k a day. Not much to brag about.

I let snow handle the entire deal. I just didnt have time with my other stuff.

Ask yourself this, If you run a paysite program and Ibill called you up and told you that they are not going to pay, What would you do ???

Why don't you ignorant retards go and look up on the fucking issue before you come in here and point fingers. Tyler kept the money GIB sent him. Tyler handled the payouts. Tyler kept the money and invested it. Peoples checks start bouncing. Snow talks to Tyler. Snow finds out Tyler took the money. Snow talks to GIB. GIB talks to Tyler. GIB talks to Tyler's lawyers. He is now backed in a legal corner. He has no defence whatsoever (at least his lawyers know he doesn't) and if he doesnt pay GIB he will be facing criminal charges. He has bounced checks in 26 states where it is illegal to bounce checks. Talked to GIB today and everything should be settled in a few days if Tyler is smart.

It doesn't matter if he wasn't getting paid enough... He was a part of VIP and you can't just take money from webmasters because you aren't getting a big enough piece of profit to yourself. What he should have done was say "fuck you, im out" and sent the money to snow or told GIB to handle it... Just cause he has profit issues gives him NO RIGHT to STEAL OUR EARNED money. Fuck man, ask your lawyers... They aren't stupid. Thats why they are telling you to pay up.

I got another one returned today also, but this time the reason wasnt "insuffent funds" like the others.
It was reported "Lost/Stolen". This means those VIP WANKERS actually stopped the check, so they wouldnt have to pay bounce fees.
