Lets take a quick look at the web site:

"Our Network is powered by an OC3 (100 mbit)"
An OC-3 has been 155.52Mbps for years, did something change?

Their web site is in the Maxim data center assuming that the dedicated servers go there too, you'll want to find out how they measure bandwidth usage and if your server is on a capped pipe.

It looks like these guys also run 123adultwebhosting.com. Has anyone experience with 123adultwebhosting.com or ddservers.com?

I think they mean "Our Network Connected to OC3 Backbone, via 100Mbit Ethernet"
isn't it clear for you ? http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

an ethernet card carry max. 100Mbit data

That is not what it says on their web site. It says on their web site that they are connected to an OC-3 which is 100 Mbps.

Actually, a full duplex ethernet card can do 200 Mbps.

Actually a ethernet card can do, 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps (or mayby it is Ethernet transfers 10 mbps and fast ethernet transfers 100 mbps, shit I'm not into that). But full duplex mean that you can transfer 10/100 Mbps up while you are also transfering 10/100 Mbps down.
Usually when billing based on per Mbps you pay only for upstream (download from surfers) wich would make it imposible for go higher than 100 Mbps.
Anyone getting billed on per Mbps and is billed for upstream + downlstream is getting scammed big time (you get aprox 25% extra on your bandwidth bill that you are not using)
If you are getting billed on per GB you are paying for both upstream and downstream because you are getting billed on the actual transfers but not peak/capped/average usage like on per Mbps. But with per GB usage billing it is possible to be billed for "200 Mbps" of usage even though your network adapter only can transfer 100 Mbps. But should be pretty much imposible since someone would have to upload all the time with max speed and you would have a TON of surfers (more than the server could handle anyway) download from your server.

Just my 2 cents http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif (damn I'm bored http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif )

We bill on per GB and count only outgoing transfer which is the same as counting average usage.
