B: I am D/Ling ICQ now and I wanted to know if I can use the same number as I did before I switched computers?

I once found this web site which you could alter ICQs registry so you didn't have their annoying ads and pop ups. I was wondering if anyone else had this URL handy so I can edit ICQ again.
