I dont think anyone really minds if you take a small number of the listed galleries from his tgp site. Unless it is just cheap stealing of all the galleries including descriptions etc ...

I wish I could recall the post, unfortunately it was one of the "look at this fucking asshole" posts which we get about 20 a day amongst all the boards I frequent so for me to have to find that post is obviously uncalled for. I'm sure the argument of gallery theft can rise up some flames so I'm not even going to bother, but bottom line is, this guys asking about how much his empire is worth when the whole time his galleries are snagged from other tgps. I merely pointed this out. Do you not see the problem here? I think its not important right now that he took from other TGPs galleries cause everyone who will buy his TGPs can get good looking galleries for free where he will earn up to 70% from their income. That he used somebody s else galleries isn t so bad you re saying cause i m pretty sure everybody made it at beginning or even right now when a gallery is looking like ..... .It would be only bad if he would use this galleries in a frame but he doesnt, there im 100% sure cause i also traded with him. i have some people for updating my sites but..... I didn't copy (they didn't copy) any of your descriptions, because i don't use any descriptions of my listings (just categories) and i didn't copy your listings - never! i just collect great links from many tgps my sites are just link sites so i can put there any link which i like! i don't do anything illegal! that'a all what can i say whay you don't like many big tgps which collect gallery links too? for example kellyxxx.com and pichunter.com ? Yeah, A gallery is made to get some traffic on it! if anyone want to list my galleries, go ahead! if it are galleries with recips on it, the tgp from who the gallery was stolen would get some traffic in return!! that's what it's all about! TRAFFIC! without traffic no members, etc etc so who cares if someone steals a gallery, in the end everybody benefits

Royale, TGP owners don't own galleries they list on their sites - gallery builders do. TGP owners own the HTML code. So if somebody copy let's say 250 links fom their code paste it on his own website, it will be stealing. If he clicks 50 links choose 10 and then post it on his site, he doesn't steal anything. If I build a gallery post it to your TGP and then it appears on few others sending me some extra traffic, I'm not going to complain. The fact that you have it listed doesn't make you an owner of that gallery. It's still my gallery. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />
