Upon signing up for any of these sites you are given membership to the paysite and are told that you may use ANY of its content for promo use.

A webmaster I know is currently being fucked up the ass by APIC and has so far paid around $3000 in legal fees because they say the content is not licensed for promotional use and the e-mail authorizing its use is not a legal document.

From what I know so far about 50% of the content is owned by macandbumble.com

yes but gallery submitters were blacklisted because its a fake cp site, not cause it was unlicensed content.

Well I have removed all their stuff from my sites and closed the account with them.

I don't want this shit when I sign up with a sponsor through a credit card system I expect that everything is going to be legal and that I'm not responsible for it, it would appear I'm very wrong

This has been a real eye opener for me I wouldn't have believed this to be possible.

Yeah.. well I've had a new layout on the works since the first CP accusation on chokers board. I won't change mine before the layout is done. :)
It won't be long now. But if I had changed it the first moment the accusations came, I could as well plead guilty.. which I still don't think I am. I am taking teenmafia.com to a new level... better. :)

Think about it....... If you promote these sites you are promoting CP if it's real or not! Is this what you really want to do?

I read all the shit about the CP and I don't believe any of it for a minute but the fact that APIC is perusing webmasters using the content and prosecuting for piracy should be enough to make you remove all their content.

I closed my account ASAP and dumped about $700 with it, its just not worth the risk of being prosecuted for stolen content APIC are f**** animals I can't believe they prosecute webmasters who have been given permission to use the content by the paysite and yet they leave the paysite alone!!

Its your site so its your decision but I read stories where they sued for $5,000 per picture.

What is your beef with the word "lolita" you think that because a site has that word in it that its an immoral site?
It is $$$ and nothing more that has made the word unacceptable due to stupid decisions made by credit card processors, you think by them refusing to process domains or sites with those words has helped stem the flow of CP in any way whatsoever?
The truth is that since so many legitimate sites have been forced to not use the word that it will probably make the real deal even easier to find.
All this talk about the DD content looking like CP is just bullshit, there is nothing on that site that looks or even promotes itself as being underage, if you think that's what CP looks like then your in for a real nasty shock if you ever find some.
Hell why don't somebody bring out a law and make it illegal for a model to look too young, why don't some fool make it illegal to use "schoolgirl niche" in my country a schoolgirl is 16 years of age yet almost every major porn site has a schoolgirl section.
