I was just checking some galleries for my TGP and was redirected to http://xxx.forbiddenporno.com/ . I tried to check the gallery again and now it was OK. It is where this host sends their 404 traffic too.

That's old news. It says in their terms that they redirect 6% of all hits and then you get bannerless hosting.
Sure most tgp's won't accept galleris from this host, but they aren't doing anything wrong.
