I would love to see a blacklist of sites who trade with toplist like this, I know all the sicko's who run these toplist are going to say it is not CP, well bullshit it IS CP I would lobe to see enough webmasters say that not only will they blacklist any toplist/site that uses CP descriptions/banners but also any site/webmaster who trades with them. There should be no place for them and personlly I believe if they are removed you would see a growth in legit toplists that would help get filtered targeted traffic to adult sites
