tgp advertising?

Has anybody advertised on the big boys sites? I want to know if it's worth it dropping 2k on sme space.let me know your experiences and if you would advise against it

advertised on TheHun $900, click through ratio was very poor with a variety of different banners used, if u do go for thehun try a vertical banner they seem to be getting more exposure.

how many actual clicks did your banner recieve? because i know this sponsor can convert even with shitty traffic ;)

I've had banners on every single of the big tgp's. The hun, sends the least of them all, cause he rotates about 40 banners all together. The most comes from worldsex, but his traffic converts about 1/5 that of the hun. and video post, at 500 a month, sends the second most, but the traffic their is also horrible.<br /><br />Persian kitty sends little traffic, but it converts well.<br /><br />Trust me, it's not in your best interest to buy banners from any of the big tgp's, as the best you'll do is a 200% mark up (before bandwidth), and that's if you know how to convert shit traffic in the first place. Most say they lose money advertising with them.
