Im looking for a webhost that has PHP installed on it

Im looking to store my dialer separate away from my web page....

Im willing to pay up to $50USD per month first and last month payable...hopefully unlimited BW....but thats negotiable....

Now as for these unlimited offers you do find well lets just say there was a host offering such gisol.com was one of them. Then came a guy who signed up for the plan a while back and after ends up fighting a bill for $16,243.85 in bandwidth fees. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/eek.gif

However rackspace.com only charged gisol.com $936 for going 234GB over plan which was 232,055.08MB of bandwidth usage (during a 30 day period)
going over a 2,000MB monthly bandwidth allowance.

He had a solid contract which said $7.95 a month "UNLIMITED HOSTING" but all of a sudden in the sites "TOS" it stated bandwidth over 2,000 mb would be billed at what came out to be $69/GB. Since the contract was not written on paper and the host had the ability to change at any time it is believed that it was changed after this incident occured.

Its a fact however after this the host took down all their unlimited banner gimmics all because of this one incident which became a hugh legal nightmare for the host and the customer. Another fact someone has to pay the bills in every instance and every hosting deal has some form of limits or cost to recover.
