LOL, that's about 20 minutes if you do it fast. A design like that is worth $40 bucks tops, and even that's a stretch

Just stick with it man, If i were you i'd probably lower my prices to attract more work so you gain more experience and a larger portfolio.

And contests like this one are probably not a good idea either.
