How much to pay models for photo / video work?

I am planning to produce some porn for my members area. I want to recruit girls and pay them for video & photo work, however i am not quite sure what to pay them?
Hourly? Flat rate? How much? :))
Work would include, solo / oral / hardcore etc.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Advertise something like "Models required, will pay a minimum of $50 an hour", you'd be surprised how many people won't ask how much more than $50 you are prepared to pay.

we usually pay either $100 an hour or $200 for up to 3 hours for attractive models from 18-25. you can sometimes get amateurs for $75 an hour, or even $150 per shoot.

these prices are usually for solo, but i know some models that do hardcore for similar money.

Half day about $300, full day about $500, for hardcore some bucks more!

$150 - $250 is more than enough...

In the Netherlands you can give a girl $100 and you can shoot pics of her how much you want.

I was told by a Dutch webmaster that Dutch girls don't like to pose nude. That it is much easier to find nude models elsewhere (Eastern Europe comes to mind).

As for when a model turns "pro." I don't think it has to do with when they start collecting money. It has more to do with their experience and training.

To call someone a "pro" only because they collect money for what they do diminishes the value of the terminology.

If I perform brain surgery on someone, even though I'm not qualified to do so, am I a "pro" simply because someone paid me to do it? I don't think so.

you know, if you start off paying them, they are going to expect you to pay them all the time, and then they are going to want raises and shit.

Better idea, work on their low self esteem, tell them that if they are good enough that someone would actually pay to seem them naked, you will give them a % of the take.

Kind of like a pay per click program. No one is going to pay you for a bunch of clicks that do not convert, why should you pay a chick when you have no idea if anyone is even going to want to see her. Once she has proven to be able to convert, you can take her out to dinner, or maybe buy her an 8-ball, but $300 an hour, I will let you do a shoot of my mother for $300 an hour.

I suggest you find some girls who want to be models promise them the world to get what you want. If they make you some good money then you better give it to them or they wont return for a second take.

Offer $100 for some poses n shit then convince them to do hardcore and let them set the price. I think that will depend if you get them with a guy they like they might even do it for free just to have that hot stud inside them. :p

I also reccomend you put an ad in the paper something like.. Adult Models Wanted the most competetive pay in the industry!
