You can mark your ticket as "urgent" and they will take care of it faster.
And they don't work on sundays, so your 2 days of waiting were actually only 1 (if you placed it before last sunday).

I've been hosted on xxxwebhosting for more than a year and I'm pretty satisfied so far.

you can't blame the whole problem on xxxwebhosting,,

you should of check yoursite with the IP address prior to DNS transfer,,

i been with xxxwebhosting since day one,,
and they have very good support and almost no downtime

Why use the ticket system why not call the host and speak to the tech and get the issues resolved with right away. Thats why there is phone support ;)

I've heard nothing but good things about xxxwebhosting. I say this even though I'm a competitor :)

They really run a solid business and I'd suggest that you work this out with a phone call for example.
