I have new site, but the traders productivity is about 60%, on another sites make over 100%. Is my design so bad? Please look on my site www.gammasex.com, (http://www.gammasex.com,) and tell me what can be wrong

I didnt check your site thoroughly, as it looked dangerous (!!) but to get productivity really high it's a good idea to have lots of content. No need to update daily, just have lots of it.

Get lost of the popups and I personally don't like the CP related words.
