exit console for cj??? Help

I need an exit console for my cj that will open a new window every time someone clicks on a link on my cj site....I cannot do it....and my old script does not work for some reason.

I'm new to all of this.....is it still cheating even though I am not trading with any cj sites??? i would not do it with other cj's trading with me?
