If you use Version 7 (as I do) you can use the build-in tool to export the database and routines

MySQL then use MySQLDump. A 3 minute thing to learn how to use and your done :-)

I have a file.php that just uploading to a directory and executing it will backup all your database. Then you download with ftp the backup file created and you are done.

If you want to get it just tell me.
