Yes, since last weekend there has been a MAJOR drop in minutes and calls!
But only on the new dialers created after last weekend. We had 1 dialer updated on saturday because of the Dutch routes who were faulty and yesterday this dialer again was updated by telco but the first dutch route inside is broken again! Maybe there are a lot of routes broken at the moment. We can't check that from overhere.
We were wondering if we were the only one who had this problem since nobody said anything about it on the board but Scouba Steve has the same problem as it looks like.
It seems that everybody uses a renamed telco dialer on his site and not a link to the greatplugin.com site like we do and therefore hasn't noticed the problem yet.
Are there more webmasters who use the latest dialer (directly from greatplugin.com) and have the same problem? (or don't)
Regards,
McMike

Yes we have been noticing the same thing, in fact ever since the big server problem in september, the minutes only went down. And after this weekend it got really bad. Now we are using our own content, maybe that has something to do with it?

We have problems with the dialers for our own content and for the standard telco content.

We have noticed a drop as well. I think they are shaving mins. Also that 30 day hold of our money sucks.
Is this a sign that telco is going broke or going to do another vip?
lets look at the facts:
possible shaving
and bullshit about holding our $$$ for 30 days.
sounds like telcoweb have money problems.
I will try someone else. any reccomendations?

We noticed huge drop in the telco's minutes on our sites as well. May be they have problems, this isn't something new, there were big drops with them in the past.

Over the weekend there was a new dialer released that unfortunately had a bug in it relating users that conected using an outside line (if they had to enter a 9 for instance). This bug did affect minutes and on Sunday Evening we released a new dialer to fix the problem. If you have not already received the 2nd copy of your dialer then you can simply goto http://stats.telcoweb.com
account interrogation and reissue the dialer yourself. This will bring your minutes back to normal. Anyone who requires help doing this can contact Elisha on ICQ 102247464 she will update your dialer for you.

Dialer Dealer I see that you like spam very much... :o
If you want to say how good is your dialer go to Announcement Board and say whatever you want about your dialer. This post is for telco and I don't care about your new software. And I'm pretty sure that this isn't the best way to get your customers.

Stop complaining. None of your "theories" are true anyway, thanks for playing!

From what i've heard from talking to Telco people is that the internet has been experiencing extreme slow downs during the past 4 days...
I went here: http://www.internettrafficreport.com
and sure enough if you look at the packet loss graph for the past month you'll see spikes for the past few days...
However another index on the page, the global traffic index, seem normal.
Anyone else familiar with other global traffic status sites?
Minutes are down for me almost 90%.
