You might know that I just sold a TGP and wonder why the hell I want to buy another. The answer is simple, it wasn't really mine. Well I had a small stake in it, but Michael, the primary owner, wanted out and I didn't have the cash to buy him out. Well in the process of selling it, I not only made some cash but I found someone else who has tons of cash but doesn't know shit about running adult sites. A partnership is born.
So here is what I am looking for...
* An established site.
* I prefer it be over a year old, but I will consider younger.
* Obviously it's got to have traffic, but can be big or small. I am looking for at least one big one. But I will possibly buy several small ones.
* Must have income. It must make enough to cover hosting plus SOME profit. If it makes hosting plus $10 a month profit, FORGET IT. If it makes hosting and $400 or MORE a month, let's talk.
* If I buy your site, you must be willing to show me how YOU run it. Don't get me wrong I have plenty of experience and don't need you to hold my hand, but there are all kinds of possible variations...different traffic scripts, different gallery scripts, etc., etc. Even the same scripts can be used in different ways. don't leave me guessing about exactly how you run it.
* I also may be interested in Topsites, link list sites, rate me sites, just about anything but no paysites.
