I was wondering how many adult webmasters are buying content? And at that where is the best polace to buy content? And of those who purchase content .vs shooting their own, what do you look for(ie; quality, price, previous dealings with the company)?

here's my 2 cents:

1. quality - gotta be good lookin models & good lookin pics
2. price - $3 a pic scares me, but so does .50 a pic
3. exclusivity - if 100 other webmasters are posting it to tgps, its worthless to me

i have licensed over 20,000 pics over the years. i look for several things in a content company.

LEGAL pics. that means that not only are the models of age but their i.d. shots and modeling releases are available to law enforcement during business hours - that is the law. i need to have the address of the custodian of records on the license.

liberal license agreement that allows multiple domains - best is if it allows all MY sites. also allows some pics to be used for banners and design.

price - either under 50 cents a pic or else pretty exclusive. i have paid as little as 10 cents or less a pic and gotten some pretty good stuff.

variety of niches - i use a lot of niches and return the most to the content providers who cover the most niches that i use.

i think for me that as long as the pics are fairly well lit, not blurry, the models aren't ugly, and the price AND legal license are reasonable, i'll be back.

Thanks guys, but I guess what I need to know the most is, do you buy video as well, cause the name - The Video Guru , I do killer vids! And I am doing the shoots on either exclusive or limited distribution. 10 domains per set purchased. On either way purchsed. Already rendered to 56K, 256K, and broadband. Quicktime 5 & Windows Media 7!

Video is a bandwidth hog for TGP submitters that actually pay for bandwidth but there is a market for it in the paysite area.

I suggest maybe tring to market videos with plugin video content providers rather then free site webmasters.

Well I have set up to begin production on 6 new videos for December alone! All of them in Real,Windows Media, and Quicktime.
56k, DSL/CABLE and T1 or better!

What do you think the pricing should be realistically for 30 to 45 minutes of high quality web video? "FREE" will be ignored. But trust me, I will take your comments into consideration when figuring the price out.

It' not just how many hours but also number of models and scenes. I am getting non-exclusive 600 minutes with different 60 scenes for about $400, mostly straight action, average production quality. Better make a lot instead of going for a high $/min.

i could use panty video with either a variety of models or else some pics with the videos if only one or two models.

also shemale and gay niche videos would be very useful to me...

for gallery posting, i need 10-20 second clips, no sound. for the rest, sound is good.

I have bought 25k in content already and let me tell you the best niche you can come up with is BIGTIT,CUMMSHOTS,ANAL ALot of the stuff out there is 80;s crap and its hard to find..

I'm not sure if its non-PC or not, but cumshots where the bloke is not blowing his load over her face/breasts is kinda rare.

I've not seen many shoots with the money shot over her ass/pussy/thighs/anywhere else.

Big selling point for any cumshot site, i'd say.
