I'm thinking to use Opt-in mail sponsors instead of Join4Free / Pink4free (Smaller form, better chance to get in!)

is there any non-shaver (or less shaver) optin mail program? If not, I'm thinking create my opt-in program (for Internal use only!) but I dunno how to earn money with Opt-in mail lists. Any Idea?

I wasn't interested in them before, but now I want to try them on my newsletter to see how they convert!

Mukoh: I'm a programmer too and script is no problem.
The problem is "How I do make money with Opt-in mail list?"

thats why I'm looking for a good opt-in mail sponsor.
But if anyone can help me (must be good in opt-in mail scene) and if he let me make money, I can give %20 to that person simply.
