That's true. Read over varadox all over the boards and you will see that they check all users on fraud or so.

Because dialernet let varadox pay you directly it's no mistake of dialernet...

Andre

This is not the doings of DialerNet, he is one of the best resellers we have ever had, and has always been honest and upfront with ALL of his people. This is a Company wide move that we made and everyone is going to get paid as we said you would. We have been auditing accounts and paying people almost daily since this all started, so you will get paid every single dime you are owed that is honest minutes, this has never been denied or anything. It just takes time to audit all these accounts.

I understand and am completely sympathetic to your concerns as is DialerNet and the rest of our team, but we had to make the moves we did for the preservation and longevity of our company. Please do not blame DialerNet for this, it is NOT his doing or in his control.

Tam

Bottom line...... if you made honest minutes then you will get paid for everything owed to you.

If you spammed or cheated in anyway, then the same holds with us as holds with any other sponsor you deal with, dialers or non dialer sponsors, if you cheated then you won't get paid. If you didn't cheat then you have nothing to worry about. It is that simple.

Tam,

I was just wondering how Varadox knows for a fact that a webmaster cheated them, eg: spamed, or used the word free. I thought that when you found out they we're cheating, you emailed them and closed there account, if so, why must everyone be audited?

I'm with you on a cheaters standpoint, they all need to be put in there place, and I still think Varadox is one of the best dialer companies on the web. I was just wondering though

I asked that same question and was never really answered how. The only way I can think of is calling or emailing the customer and asking. Besides getting a complaint at first and doing NOTHING about it. But if that's the case there is something fishy going on with the payee for not terminating the account then.

Snoopy, there are a number of ways a dialer can be cheated and like anything else, when you cheat, you WILL get caught. But also, like with any other company, when the cheating is as widespread as this was, there comes a time when decisions have to made that aren't exactly going to be the most popular decisions. The cheating becomes so widespread that you have to go at EVERY single angle and with every single account to make sure that the ones that are running an honest business get paid for the hard work they have put in and those who have cheated can be dealt with and gotten out of the system.

Until this happened, I, myself, even thought there was only a limited number of ways one could cheat a dialer, it is software, DUH!!!!! How do you cheat that?? But like with anything else, it can be done and it has been done. I could literally give you a list as long as your arm of the ways that this cheating has been done and for each and every single one we have proof that it was being done.

Bottom line is this...... for the protection of our company and for those who run an honest business, we had to make decisions that we knew going in were not going to be very popular. BUT in the end when all is said and done, Varadox will be stronger and all the honest people that have worked so very hard to make the money they have made honestly, will be paid and with each check written and sent, this makes us at Varadox smile because that is one more honest person we have on our list.

We would much rather be up and running strong and paying honest people than we would letting the ones who have cheated robbing us blind and therefore causing even more problems. But sometimes business decisions are not seen as popular in the clouds, but once the clouds all clear, it will be much better for all concerned. I can't stress to you enough how very much we didn't even want to have to take this route, but we were given no choice and couldn't continue to operate on the levels we were operating on at that time. We are still running now, just minus the USA lines at the moment.

Tam

From my experience, they need to check the origin of traffic as well and justify any abnormal increases in minutes. So if your average has gone up, that's usually a flag to take a look into the source of your traffic to make sure no fraud is going on. See KimmyKim's post a while ago, this is a practice that goes on for paysites, dialers, and about any other webmaster program.

WG

Thanks for the support Tam and Andre.

Sups, I did explain all this to you via ICQ. As you know, I ALWAYS answered any questions you had as honestly as possible.
I do understand your concerns.. I've been in similar situations myself and it's very hard to trust anyone on the web these days.
This is exactly why we adopted the policy when possible of NEVER handling webmaster payouts ourselves, and letting our dialer suppliers send them direct.
This way webmasters know that we can't run off with their money, because we don't get to touch it.

The current situation is out of our control, as it is with any other dialer company that resells for Varadox.
If you've been honest (and I'm pretty sure you have been as I've helped you closely on a couple of occasions), then you have nothing to worry about.
I know the delays aren't ideal, but I trust Varadox without question, and we will be offering their dialers again in the future.

The delays are isolated to the Varadox dialer. All our other dialers are still paying out on time.

If you have any other concerns, you can contact me anytime on ICQ or via email.

Jason.

The statement we put out said within 90 days from that day, which was the 25th of January. So within 90 days of that day, everyone who is owed money will be paid. None of this 6 months or a year garbage, it will be within 90 days. We have already sent out well over $250k and sending more out all the time. So please try and be patient, you WILL get paid. Like Jason says, if you are honest then you have nothing to fear, it is if you cheat that you have more to worry about than just getting paid. I trust Jason when he says he believes you have been running an honest business, so I doubt you will have anything to worry about.
