I was wondering what indications you look for in the reverse DNS lookup of an IP to tell it might be a proxy server?

I already got:
proxy
Failed or blank
cache

anything else?

Thanks monaro, but I already have few sites that report that, I was actually looking for "indications" in the report itself.

Is there anything else besides proxy and cache that will "indicate" it might be a proxy server?
