i tried to sign a site up for freenetpass repeatedly, on two different browsers. all times failed.

i emailed freenetpass each time - no response http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

anyone have a contact email or icq that works? i'd still like to try them out!

Never used them myself but the lack of response says alot about them...

i just wanted to let everyone know that i heard back from dave at freenetpass and i'm all set up.

To clear things up FNP gives our Webmasters top shelf support, with quick resonse to emails and 12 hours/day toll free phone support.

It turned out that basschick was emailing FNP from the surfer contact form saying that she was attempting to get her FNP password on the webmaster form, etc.. FNP receives countless surfers daily attempting to get their surfing password by either emailing FNP for a password or using the webmaster form, where no credit card is needed. These emails are of course dispersed of as the daily surfer can only receive a password to FNP through its sites. Unfortunately, basschicks emails were thought to be a surfer looking for a password to surf FNP by signing up as a Webmaster and were therefore not responded to.

Bigdog, you need to have a site w/ FNP to be able to send people to the join form. Once you have a site on the system you can put links on your sites up that lead directly to the join form, however sending people in blind has never converted very good. You may be better off sending them through a page of your personal description of FNP and then to the join form.

Dave, I just wanted to signup with FNP and I want wire transfer, but I get this error all time:
"Error
If you choose wire transfer as your payment method, you must fill out the complete information about your bank, including name, address, routing number and account number."

Make sure you are filling in all of the required fields for your bank information if you choose wire transfer.
