Domain transfer to smutserver.???? HELP

I was able to get an account on www10 at smutserver. I wanna move a domain to them.. who to i do that. I says:
2) Change your DNS to this:

NS1.TECHIEMEDIA.NET 64.157.130.65
NS2.TECHIEMEDIA.NET 64.157.130.66

How do u do that? I used to let companys move domains for me.

It depends where you registered. I always register my domain names with directnic.com. For them all you do it log into your account, find domain name manager, and then click on the button where it says change dns info.

log into your registrars site and find the option for update nameservers then enter the name dont use IP unless you use register.com or another of them $35 sites which you manage your entire DNS.

Takes about 72 hours till your domain will go web wide also so dont worry unill 72hrs have passed.
