Today I saw GIB dialer pop-up on my music site. It was doubleclick ad console for a movie network. Can you imagine doubleclick to open dialer in pop-up 1.5-2 years ago ?

Face it. The banner CPM system DOESN'T work. That's why it's very rarely used in the adult internet.

Much like Television, in your face advertising works best. A passive advertising system like banners is simply too easy to ignore.
