For those affected by Sexxring's dialer scam

Well, after asking very politely, very peaceful and very good manner via mail (all I could find) and ICQ, this asshole has nothing to complain other than get money from me without any intention to pay. He didn't have any intention to do that whatsoever and he just bitched about people badmouthing him, which, btw, I don't see why shouldn't they if he's an scammer!

Anyway, I was thinking about this: I don't know which dialers were we (he) selling, I mean GIB, Niteline or WTFdialershit, but usually this scammers are resellers for another big ones. So, why don't we simply ask that dialer to pay us? After all, they made (and still making since dialers aren't a scam, but something every surfer wants to use :rolleyes http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif good dosh from us, and if somebody they CHOOSE to promote they service is a felon, is not the fault of those who promoted the service on a "bona fide" basis, thus, they SHOULD pay all the money owed.

That's the way I see it and that's the way any mediocre lawyer would see it, so any input appreciated. (I'm very dumb to do even a research to find out which is the dialer!)

Niteline pays you a guaranteed payout. It shouldn't be that hard to pay your webmasters.

No,

Sexxring had to do none of that. He's just a reseller. That's the dialer network's job.

All he has to do is collect checks from niteline, and then send out his own checks to his webmasters.

He got paid by Niteline on time and then used that money to pay the hospital bills for his newborn baby.

If he didn't pay you now I'm afraid he never will pay you guys. I know it sucks. I've been burned like that with other sponsors too. It sucks.

I really could care less that he has a new born baby. It sounds like he stole the hard earned money of quite a bit of webmasters.
