best way to transfer vhs to web?

Anyone have a suggestion on how to transfer a vhs tape to web? Any help would be appreciated.

You need a capture card
you can use your TV card or a Graphics card, who have a video in

then goto www.vcdspain.com (http://www.vcdspain.com) and download winvcr program (full version!)

and read articles from www.vcdhelper.com (http://www.vcdhelper.com)
you can capture both MPG & ASF
then you can convert to divx if you want
