-If he doesnt keep his members happy, they will cancel their memberships. Which turns out in less money in his pocket right?

-If he doesnt pay his advertisers they will get mad, leave and then tell others which is bad publicity. Which turns out in less money in his pocket in the long run, right?

Secondly, I don't know Josh real reasons but if I was harassed by the FTC I would make no attempt to stay in business, if I knew I was walking on thin air.

Nick I think he knows those things all to well but like I said, it's better to quit now while you're still ahead.
Therefore maintaining a good customer/advertiser relationship hasn't any priority for him at this moment.

It's hard to stand here and reply to all the bitching webmasters and tell the same explanations every single day to 20 people. But unlike you I understand the position of them and don't get angry if they call me a ripp-off or an asshole. I simply explain the situation even if I know they they have no clue of what's going on.
This is annoyin, you are right... Most of the webmasters only see the fact that their payment doesn't arrive and get crazy, bitch about you and blame you for things you can't control.
But I'm not so arogant call them clowns or assholes like you do. If you wouldn't know what's going on with the money you made, you would act the same way, belive me.

I'm so tired of contacting everybody about my money.
I've received a new dialer from Josh but no checks at all since last check from one week in september, and that was the ONLY check I ever got from him.
I don't give a flying fuck about FTC problems or whatever shit is going on.
I'm making him money so he should pay me, period. If he has problems he should email every fucking webmaster who's making him money about what's going on.
And lame excuses about redesigning sites and stuff on this or his or his granny's board, I don't care about. Just send me the fucking money or email me why I don't get a fecking check.

I dont trust any dialer company now, I had the same exact problem with josh as with dialup2 I had over 1000 downloads -0- stats I am so pissed at all this dialer scamming and we should all just bann the dam things! I have a wife and son as well to support and I have wasted countless hours messing with these "DIALERS"

I can't help but think that everyone has been warned about the demise of dialers as you used to know it.

I seem to recall reading just recently a post from the owner of one that said they would continue, but not with USA members.

Those of you that don't understand the intelligence of someone in Josh's situation to lay low must be pretty young.

Many a time when I was younger and dealing with the marketing of controlled substances, was I forced into a hiatus when it was hot. Same thing with my providers. Inconvenient yes, but not nearly as much as if they kept with the status quo and landed in prison.

Dialers are still up, still operating, paying US minutes, and actually sending checks. Tam's dialer is a good example. They pay on time, they always respond to questions, no matter how sticky, and they don't cut and run at the first sign of trouble - they work it out.

I am not spamming... I am just saying that there are alternatives to operators like Josh. I think it is a hasty rationalization to say that all dialers are scams.

WetDog : my stats there were 0 also , but it doesn't mean i didnt generate any minutes .
he had sql problem at his web site stats , im sure he will send you your accurate stats if u contact him .
