Stuck as a bug on fly paper

I have a small TGP-Wolfsporn.com

I could let my traffic die down to 5k a day and get it to 15k a day as fast as you can snap your fingers..... But I cannot get my traffic past that point to save my ass.

Does anyone by any chance have any suggestions?

well, without knowing too much about your specific details, it sounds like you need to make some changes with your site. How is your outclicks? do you return well, can you return too much? If you go to your daily stats 24 hour breakdown, does your site send out more hits than the incoming hits every hour? You are just going to have to work on your site design. Trust me, what you as a webmaster might want to use as a layout might not be the best thing for your traffic. Most of my "favorite" layouts resulted in my traffic crashing 50% or more in 24 hours LOL Just keep making adjustments, and see what happens.

Here's a possibility ..

Your main page, once you get past the advertisement is very large.

A site tool I use stopped out at 148k.

My own research shows this kind of file size will definitely cause problems... your cable modem people are happy as shit .. but the AOL folks are probably not going to sit and wait.

I have same problem!
My main page html is 70kb + all other pictures and thumbs... I tryed everything, removing some details, lowering thumbs number, removing unneded code from html etc... but it's still big!

How does those shrink programs for html work? I'll maybe try one of them, but don't want to ruin site design.

Anyone have any other idea?

BTW, a lot of times good design don't send out to much but they bring more bookmark visitors.
Try to mix thumbs & textlinks with content!
I simple placed 6 thumbs near real movies (3 on 1 movie) and im sending about 40% of my exit traffic over them http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

After thinking about it a little longer .. i don't think the file size matters so much after a small quick loading warning page. They're already IN at that point.

Thumbzilla for example, has a very large main.html page .. but it comes AFTER the fast-loading warning page.

From movie sites I think that only vidsvidsvids is using his enter page. All others have all link trades linking direct to main.htm

Hey, heres a thought.

Why not have a "warning page" that will filter you visitor?

Why send a surfer looking for that interracial cumshot pic to the mainpage of a teen site?

Why not set up a small html page that says something like "warning, loads of free porn you were promised ahead, please choose your category"

Then have a list of categories.

From what i've seen, my site was wasting a good 30-40% of all incoming traffic because (i assume) they did not get what they were looking for.

10 niches, 10 targetted mainpages, sending out to targetted sites.. sweet.

Don't you need to have a lot of visitors on that page since if you have 20k uniques and 10 sites you'll send lets say about 3k to each (if same surfer visit few categories).

its a little long before you see the galleries...

You see my problem is pretty much this: There is a lot of sites that I just can't trade with because their traffic is unproductive on my end... IE: The trade will not stick, they send me qutie a bit more but Theirs don't click...
Don't get mad at me over this but I'll give you an example of a few sites that wont stick:
