IE problem

Ok, Internet Explorer has been like this with me for about a year now and it is fucking pissing me off.. Java Applets do NOT work at all. I have fiddled with all the settings and nothing works..
Has anyone else experienced this before? I have updraded from 5 to 5.5 to 6.0 and that didn't even fix it, which makes me think it is something in my registry..
any idea?

Hmm.. Odd
You might accually want to re-format or reinstall windows.

If you reinstall windows, dont just intall over your existing windows, delete your windows directory first....

- Save the files you want to save into a specific folder (ie. My documents)
- restart your comp. w/ system disk in
- type: deltree C:\WINDOWS
- then put in your cd and load from there, this will be sure to delete any screwed up system files or registrys
