Pondering AVS, whats the catch?

I have been doing this shit for almost 2 years now, and have done almost every type of site except for paysites and AVS sites, I have been giving the thought of getting into AVS a ton lately, only one problem, I have basically no fucking clue on how these things work.

Do they trade traffic with each other?

What are traffic sources?

How many hits does a 'big' AVS site get?

Obviously the traffic is gonna be great I just have no clue at all on how to go about it.

Any of you guys that have successful AVS sites could ya post your sites, and let me know how you get traffic, I would greatly appreciate it.

you can pay for advertising for avs sites.

but I'm sure the best way to bring traffic to your avs site, without spending money, is to submit it to link list sites. You can submit it to the persian kitty.

Also, many webmaster's just stick an avs site as part of their regular site. I think p-bot or movietitan or one of them does that.

I hear SexKey is a good AVS.(They don't Charge users). They give you ten bucks per sign up, thats good considering the member doesn't have to pay. You can trade like normal using CJ scripts plus you'll be added into their search engine. All you have to do is make an entrance page and sumbit it for them to look at it.

Freenetpass is better....all you have to have is 10 pics inside your AVS, and you get paid 15$ per members.

taked0wn, just to let you know sexkey does not charge for the AVS but just like stiffycash or something you are automaticly signed up for a pay site as well.

basschick erm if you cancel stiffycashs paysite you still get to keep your live teen membership .

In order to get a LiveTeen memembership, you need to _pay_ for a membership to the other site.

sexkey dominates right now because of the amount of traffic they send you back from the list

freenetpass is newer but they will be the same level traffic soon

SexKey will stop putting your sites on their link list if you aren't making sales for them though.. At least that is what happened to me.

Here's a new question. Would it be worth starting an avs site(with sexkey or freenetpass), submitting it to yahoo (for 600 dollars) and then sponsoring it (for 300 a month)???

Just wondering what your opinions are.
