Hosting Questions. Pleas read.

I am looking for some advice on a hosting company. I am about to move over anywhere from 5-6 domains (some non-adult) and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on some good hosts and reasonable costs. I have been thinking about too, One Netpond hosting which is 3.75 a gig and there is not setup fees or anything. And Sextracker, I heard are very stable but they charge around 8.00 per gig, I am not sure of any set up fees. Well just post your responses or recommendations here. Thanks

well, i host with sextracker, and i have absolutely no complaints. Their b/w is about $5/gig starting out, which ain't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The admins are almost always available via ICQ and any issues i've had have been resolved immediately. Also, they're totally flexible about hosting plans.. you buy more bandwidth or a dedicated server, and they can cut you some pretty sweet deals. I would recommend them to anybody hosting a high traffic site :)

The host knows what he's talking about and he's almost always online. Quick Response to problems. Fast Host (no overselling of bandwidth). Minimal downtime.

The reason I recommend Ray over XCite is the ICQ support which I love.

And if you want to use the UCJ script I know for a fact it works there :-)
