cj5 not updating?

I got the new version...installed it and checked it over. My crontab is right, and my permissions are right. The script won't update the cj5 file! it updates the cjmembers file though? I owe hits out and when a surfer clicks a link (http://www.finally18.com/cgi-bin/ucjout.cgi) the pop-up comes up put it goes to the default page: finally18.com? what the hell is wrong? e-mail me: webmaster@finally18.com

This Problem can be solved as follows:

Make sure people are owed hits.

Ensure that the CronJob isn't suspended in the admin.

Force a hit in by typing in the URL
e.g. http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/ucjin.cgi?site=SOMESITEINYOURMEMBERSLIST

Go into Telnet and cd to the cgi-bin and type

perl ucjdata.cgi

if no errors are reported then cj5 will be updated.

Force some more hits in then test your hourly stats to see if they update. If they don't then its your cronjob setup.
