Hi Guys!

I know some of you have been paid
by JOSH. He still own us and a lot of webmasters a lot of money. I've heard from
good sources that he has been paid..

I've been very quiet over the last few months about him. Thrusting him. Now
Im 99.9% sure that it is delibarate and that he just want to keep OUR money for himself.

Last time I talked to him, 3 weeks ago, (and the first in the last months), he told me that he will send the money in 2 days.. Nothing yet.. Another lie and he is still playing the invisible man again.

The fact is that Im tired of playing the good guy. It is not the first time Im getting screwed by crappy sponsors.
Now that's enough. I will get back that money whatever what it will be the cost.
We can't just let these guys go away with our money, without any remorse or they will
do it again and again to other webmasters.

It is funny to see what he wrote and the bottom of his site ( http://www. dialerprogram.com ).

Please change my words to : You're a damn crook and you own me a truck of dollars.

I agree with you totally, there has to be something we can do. He owes me a small chunk of money. Last time I talked with him he said checks were going out Jan 15. No check or response since then.

why don't one of you guys get in contact with some one at the FTC. They are cracking down on web scams these days.

maybe i'm paranoid, but i feel that bringing yet another adult site to the ftc's attention could eventually bring trouble to all of us.

it appears to me that most u.s. govt offices see all adult sites as pretty much the same thing - can't we sue josh?

He owes a lot of people money from his other program as well. He ignores any email questions. I have even sent email to his earthlink account and no response. In my opinion he is a thief plain and simple. Nothing would make me happier than to join with others and collectively present a law suit. We should locate a lawyer in the Liverpool, NY area and explore our options.

Talking about josh ..... i lost hope from this scum for over few months ago .
Now another scum - Jack from bimbo cash that have NO EXCUSES like ftc or crap like that , he canceled all wires and checks while they were on their way to webmasters , just because he lost his sponsor CE .
This is amazing how easly people can screw so many hard working webmaster by disapearing like that with all the money they owe us .

The system stinks from the root , we gotta do something about that because unless you have your own paysite , and you get the money directly from your cc company , you can't be sure about no one .
Jack was the last guy i could ever imagine that will do something like that .
If he did it , i wouldn't be supprised if many others will do it at the future .

something has to be done .
We can't sit quiet while they rob us like that .
